The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance on Citrix products to Korean customers of medium to large size, scope, and/or political complexity - via phone, email and/or remote access. The support focuses on in-depth problem analysis of Citrix products and their integration into enterprise-wide mixed environments.
Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
o Strong Korean Language Skills
o Willing to learn IT/Software technology
o Moderate English read/write/speaking skill
o Strong Windows platform knowledge
o Understanding of HTTP,HTTPS and load balance is a strong plus
